Bryan P. Lord

Bryan Lord is the founder of Camp Curiae and managing partners of Flightline Partners and Flightline Law PLLC.  

Over the course of his career, Bryan served as a co-founder and ten-year CEO of an emerging medical technology company, co-founder of an angel investment fund and a multi-industry trade group dedicated to advancing the innovation economy, IP licensing executive, general counsel & head of finance of a MIT-originated semiconductor start-up, and a corporate finance attorney at one of Boston's leading technology law firms.  

As a committed advocate for strong IP rights and U.S. innovation policy, Bryan was five times recognized as part of the IAM 300, the list of 300 top IP straights in the world by Intellectual Asset Management magazine. He testified twice before the United States Congress and the U.S. International Trade Commission and has co-authored multiple amicus briefs submitted to the United States Supreme Court on matters involving intellectual property and technology policy. 

Bryan holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Propter Honoris Respectum editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a Certificate in Disruptive Innovation Strategy from Harvard Business School, an online certificate course taught by Professor Clayton Christensen. He earned undergraduate degrees in business administration and political science from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Bryan is admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before the United States Supreme Court and is the holder of multiple issued and pending United States patents.
