Essentials of Entrepreneurial Business Law for Emerging Tech Founders & CEOs
What is Camp Curiae?
Camp Curiae is a one-day educational program for emerging technology leaders who want to better understand the legal structures that shape company formation, governance, financing, equity, and exits. It is not a conference, not a webinar, and not a law school lecture. It is a collaborative education program for fellow executives to learn from experienced leaders and each other.
The word curiae comes from the Latin curia, meaning a gathering or assembly. In legal terminology, an amicus curiae brief is a filing that interested parties submit as a "friend of the court," recommending the court recognize the impact its decisions have on interests broader than those of the two litigants. The word carries both meanings here: a gathering of peers, and a friend to those navigating the law.
Camp Curiae is a gathering where emerging technology leaders come to learn, connect, and prepare for the decisions ahead.
Built for Emerging Tech Leaders
For Founders

For CEOs
Build fluency around governance, financing, compensation, and exit economics.
For Executives
Learn the legal frameworks behind the conversations happening in the boardroom.
Camp Curiae meets founders where they already are.
Each Camp Curiae is held the day before a major industry conference, when founders, CEOs, investors, and executives are already in town and preparing for the conversations that matter.
